Warranty

1. How long does the warranty last?

Gelindo products have a limited warranty from the date of original retail purchase that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. The length of the limited warranty varies by product.

2. How to submit a warranty claim?

If you have a defective product, and your product is within the stated warranty period, please send your claim to support@gelindo.com. Please write a brief description explaining how the damage occurred to the product, attach digital photographs and scanned images of your dated sales receipt.

Your request will be reviewed by a Gelindo Consumer Service representative. If approved, you will receive further instructions for finalizing the warranty replacement process. Please note Gelindo will replace your product with the same product if available, or with a comparable product if same is not available. Refunds are available too.

3. What shipping providers do you offer?

All our products are fulfilled by Amazon, one of the most efficient carriers in US. Amazon also handles all customer service and product returns for "Fulfilled by Amazon" items.

5. Can I get a refund?

If you’re not satisfied with our products and would like a refund, you can either submit a refund request on Amazon or contact us to help you. Please note that there is no need sending the original item to us.
